Processing Your Order 

As soon as your order’s placed, you’ll get a confirmation email so you know we’ve received it safely. We take great pride in what we do — every order is packed with care, using sustainable materials wherever possible, to make sure your items arrive in perfect condition. Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). During busier times, things might take a touch longer, but we’ll always keep you in the loop.

Delivery with Royal Mail

We use Royal Mail to deliver all our parcels across the UK — they’re reliable, trusted, and help us keep our deliveries as planet-friendly as possible.

Once your order’s on its way, you’ll receive an email with your Royal Mail tracking link so you can follow its journey right to your door. If you’re not home when Royal Mail tries to deliver, they’ll leave a calling card or send a message so you can rearrange delivery or collect your parcel from your local Royal Mail Customer Service Point at a time that suits you. Delivery Issues or Damages

We pack every order with care, but if something arrives damaged or doesn’t seem quite right, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery. Send us an email at [your email address] with your order number and a few photos, and we’ll put it right as quickly as we can.
