Frequently Asked Questions

Bamboo grows fast, really fast. It reaches maturity in just three to five years, doesn’t need any fancy chemicals to thrive, and drinks far less water than your average tree. It’s the overachiever of the plant world, and we absolutely love it for that.

We keep our process as clean and green as possible. To break down the tough plant fibres (called lignin) and turn bamboo into soft, strong tissue, we use a touch of sodium hydroxide. It helps remove the bits that make paper brittle, leaving behind pure, high-quality fibre with no odd residues. The result? Tissue that’s gentle on your skin and kinder to the planet.

Our bamboo paper is made from raw bamboo pulp, with no harsh additives in sight. Naturally gentle on skin and packed with perks that other materials just can’t match. Thanks to a compound called bamboo kun, it’s naturally antibacterial, anti-mite, anti-odour, UV-resistant and oh-so-comfy. No extra chemicals, no nonsense, just nature doing its thing.
