At Wipe With Pride, we’re all about spreading joy, one wipe at a time. We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If you’re not, we’ll make it right. Seriously, we’ve got your back, just like that perfect wipe (you know the one).

We want you to feel proud when you wipe, and if anything’s not up to snuff, we’ll take care of it. Here’s the scoop:

Change of Heart?

We don’t accept returns, but if you’ve had a change of heart or aren’t satisfied for any reason, just let us know within 30 days of receiving your order. We’ll refund your money — no hassle.

Damaged or Defective?

If your product arrives less-than-perfect (boo!), tell us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll sort it out with a full refund. Your wipe will be smooth, we promise.

How to Request a Refund:

Simply email us at wipewithpride@gmail.com, and we’ll guide you through the quick and easy refund process.

Shipping Costs:

Since we don’t accept returns, you won’t need to worry about shipping items back. If we’ve made a mistake, we’ll cover any related costs on our end.

Exclusions:

  • Used or opened products: Because toilet paper rolls are hard to resist, we can’t refund items that have been opened or used.

  • Gift cards: These fabulous little things aren’t refundable.
